Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order information. We will provide instructions for processing your return and refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Kebonnixs product for a different size, color, or model, we are happy to accommodate this. Please email us within 30 days of delivery and specify the exchange you would like to make.
Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out your replacement product free of charge.
Warranty and Repairs
All Kebonnixs products come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your product, email us and we will determine the next steps for repair or replacement under warranty.
Out-of-warranty repairs are available for a service fee. Contact our team for an estimate.
